Mechanic Jobs Australia accepts no responsibility for missed opportunities resulting from inaccurate profile information.
- Workshop Listings
5.1 Accuracy of Listings
Workshops are solely responsible for the accuracy of information contained within their listings.
5.2 Compliance with Employment Laws
Workshops agree to comply with all applicable Australian employment laws, workplace laws, anti-discrimination laws and safety requirements.
5.3 Prohibited Listings
Workshops must not publish discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent content.
5.4 No Recruitment Agencies
This platform is intended for genuine workshops and businesses seeking to employ mechanics directly.
Recruitment agencies, labour hire providers, staffing services and third-party employment intermediaries are prohibited from using the platform.
Accounts identified as recruitment agencies may be removed without notice.
Any fees paid by prohibited users may be retained by Mechanic Jobs Australia to cover administration, investigation and enforcement costs and will not be refunded.
- No Employment Guarantee
Mechanic Jobs Australia does not guarantee that:
• Mechanics will receive job offers.
• Workshops will find suitable candidates.
• Any connection made through the platform will result in employment.
• Any employment arrangement will continue for a particular period.
All employment arrangements are solely between the mechanic and the workshop.
6A. No Verification of Users
Mechanic Jobs Australia does not verify, endorse, guarantee or warrant the qualifications, licences, certifications, employment history, references, experience, business credentials, insurance coverage, police checks or suitability of any user.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment, contracting or business relationship.

6B. Employment Relationships
